Sobha issues final call for rights equity share payments

Sobha Limited has announced a third and final reminder-cum-forfeiture notice for the payment of the first and final call amount of ₹825.50 per partly paid-up equity share. This call pertains to 28,202 outstanding partly paid-up rights equity shares that were allotted on July 11, 2024. The payment window is from Friday, September 12, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025, inclusive.

The call amount comprises ₹5.00 towards face value and ₹820.50 towards premium. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the partly paid-up equity shares, including any amounts already paid. Payments can be made via cheque or demand draft at designated Axis Bank Limited branches.

This notice follows previous intimations on November 14, 2024, December 09, 2024, and January 21, 2025. The company has clarified that cash and partial payments will not be accepted, and payments from third-party bank accounts will be rejected.
