Schneider Electric Infrastructure appoints new CFO, announces leadership transition

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL) has announced the resignation of Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya from the position of chief financial officer, effective from the close of business hours on September 15, 2025. Her departure is to pursue career opportunities outside the organization.

Concurrently, the company's board of directors approved the appointment of Omkar Prasad as the new chief financial officer, effective September 16, 2025. Prasad will also serve as a key managerial personnel and senior managerial personnel. He brings over two decades of experience in finance, including roles in controllership, tax compliance, risk management, and digital transformation, and holds a master's degree in economics, along with certifications in Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR). He currently holds two equity shares in the company.

The meeting of the board of directors concluded on August 28, 2025. This leadership change aligns with Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and relevant SEBI Circulars.
