Reliance Communications schedules creditors' meeting for August 29

Reliance Communications Limited has issued a notice for the 64th meeting of its Committee of Creditors (CoC), scheduled for Friday, August 29, 2025. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR") and sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR.

The company is currently undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Since June 28, 2019, the company's affairs, business, and assets have been managed by resolution professional Anish Niranjan Nanavaty. His appointment followed an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, dated June 21, 2019, and published on June 28, 2019.
