RACE Eco Chain reports strong FY25 growth, strategic expansion

RACE Eco Chain Limited reported standalone revenue of INR 460.30 crore for FY25, a 36% year-over-year increase, with profit after tax (PAT) more than doubling to INR 3.76 crore, a 140% YoY growth. The company also achieved consolidated revenue of INR 555.10 crore, a 60% YoY increase, and a consolidated PAT of INR 4.19 crore, up 171% from FY24. Waste aggregated reached approximately 121,159 metric tonnes (MT) in FY25.

The company's Recycle Division saw substantial growth, aggregating approximately 95,318 MT of plastic waste with revenues of INR 432.65 crore, a 48% YoY increase. The Restore Division experienced a transformative 282% YoY revenue growth to INR 8.94 crore, achieving profitability with an EBIT of INR 0.25 crore. Strategic initiatives in FY25 included opening five new collection centers, installing Reverse Vending Machines, and participating in the Global Conference on Plastic Recycling & Sustainability 2025.

Additionally, RACE Eco Chain acquired Vasundhara Envirogreen Private Limited, invested in Silverline for strategic expansion, and formed a joint venture with Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd. to establish multiple rPET flakes washing lines, strengthening its market position and vertical integration in waste management. The board also proposed a strategic demerger of its business segments into three distinct entities for enhanced operational focus and improved capital allocation.
