Poly Medicure reschedules, cancels investor meetings with WhiteOak

Poly Medicure Limited announced on August 26, 2025, changes to its schedule of investor and analyst meetings. The company informed that a previously scheduled one-on-one virtual meeting with analysts and investors has been postponed and rescheduled. This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 and applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the updated schedule, a virtual call with "WhiteOak" initially planned for Thursday, August 28, 2025, has been cancelled. In contrast, a physical meeting with "WhiteOak" at the company’s plant (Plot No. 117, HSIIDC Industrial Area, Sector-59, Faridabad-121004) has been rescheduled to Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Both meetings were originally intended to be in a "One on One" format.

Poly Medicure emphasized that the revised schedule is subject to further changes due to exigencies from the analysts, investors, or the company. The company also confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information would be shared during these meetings. The notification was addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
