National Aluminium board sets AGM, dividend record date, recommends auditor

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on August 28, 2025, approved several key items. The 44th annual general meeting (AGM) will be convened on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM IST, via video conferencing/other audio-visual means.

The record date for the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 has been set for Friday, September 19, 2025. Concurrently, the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025, for the 44th AGM and dividend entitlement. Remote e-voting for the AGM will commence on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 09:00 AM IST, and conclude on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 05:00 PM IST. Eligible shareholders as of September 19, 2025, can participate.

Additionally, the board recommended the appointment of M/s. Saroj Ray & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to member approval at the 44th AGM.
