MBL A Capital pledges MBL Infrastructure shares to secure working capital

Anjanee Kumar Lakhotia, on behalf of MBL A Capital Ltd., has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 6,326,718 shares of MBL Infrastructure Ltd., representing 4.15% of the total share capital. The pledge, dated August 26, 2025, was made in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd. on behalf of a Working Capital Consortium.

This action is part of the implementation of an approved Resolution Plan by the Working Capital Consortium. Following this event, the total encumbered shares held by MBL A Capital Ltd. now stand at 8,956,480, accounting for 5.87% of MBL Infrastructure Ltd.'s total share capital. The total post-event encumbered share capital for the promoter and promoter group is 15,283,198 shares, or 10.02%.
