LIC approves statutory, secretarial auditor appointments

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) announced the approval of new statutory and secretarial auditors during its 4th annual general meeting held on August 26, 2025. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.

M/s Mukund M. Chitale & Co. has been appointed as the corporation’s auditor for a term of five consecutive years. Their tenure will commence from the conclusion of the 4th AGM and extend until the conclusion of the 9th AGM, scheduled for 2030.

Additionally, M/s S.N. Ananthasubramanian & Co., practicing company secretaries, have been appointed as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive years, also effective from the conclusion of the 4th AGM until the conclusion of the 9th AGM in 2030.
