Lemon Tree Hotels expands Uttarakhand footprint with new Dehradun property

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a license agreement for a new hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Mohkampur, Dehradun. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This expansion brings the total number of operational and upcoming hotels for Lemon Tree Hotels in Uttarakhand to sixteen, with eight operational properties and eight upcoming ones in the region.

The new hotel will feature 98 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, a conference room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Located in the Mall of Dehradun, it aims to cater to both business and leisure travelers. The property is approximately 18 kms from Jolly Grant Airport and 9 kms from Dehradun Railway Station.

This addition aligns with Lemon Tree Hotels' strategy to grow its portfolio, which currently comprises over 110 hotels across 75+ cities in India and abroad, with a pipeline of 110+ upcoming properties.
