The report, dated August 13, 2025, and issued by practicing company secretary Mr. Vijayakrishna KT, confirms that the company has complied with the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant circulars and guidelines.
