Jindal Steel schedules investor meetings in early September 2025

Jindal Steel Limited (formerly known as Jindal Steel & Power Limited) has announced a schedule of analyst and institutional investor meetings for early September 2025. These meetings are being held in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company is set to participate in the Motilal Oswal 21st Annual Global Investor Conference on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Mumbai, which will involve a group meeting. Following this, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, Jindal Steel will engage in the Ashwamedh - Elara India Dialogue 2025, also in Mumbai, for another group meeting.

Jindal Steel noted that the schedule of these meetings might undergo changes depending on the exigencies of the investor or the company. The announcement was formally communicated by Damodar Mittal, the wholetime director, and is intended for the information and record of the stakeholders.
