ICICI Bank allots equity shares under employee stock unit scheme

ICICI Bank has allotted 68,621 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹2, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022. This allotment was made on August 28, 2025.

The decision to allot these shares received approval from two executive directors at 10:16 a.m. on the day of the allotment. This approval was granted through power delegated by the bank's board of directors, following a meeting held on October 21, 2023.

Chetan Vithal Pawar, a member of the associate leadership team at ICICI Bank, signed the announcement, confirming the details of the share allotment.
