Hindustan Aeronautics wraps up 62nd AGM, announces dividends and appointments

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) conducted its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 28, 2025, through video conferencing. The meeting, chaired by Dr. D.K. Sunil, chairman and managing director, saw the participation of 73 members and addressed significant corporate matters for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and projections for 2025-26.

Key resolutions passed included the adoption of audited financial statements, confirmation of an interim dividend of INR 25 per equity share, and the declaration of a final dividend of INR 15 per equity share for FY2024-25. Additionally, the remuneration for statutory auditors for FY2025-26 was fixed, and the remuneration for the cost auditor for the same period was ratified.

The AGM also saw several key appointments, including Dr. D.K. Sunil as chairman & managing director, Shri Barenya Senapati as director (finance), Shri Ravi K as director (operations), Shri M G Balasubrahmanya as director (human resources), and Shri Ajay Kumar Shrivastava as director (engineering and R&D). New non-official and independent directors were also appointed, strengthening the company's governance structure for the future. The results of e-voting will be declared within two working days and disseminated to stock exchanges.
