HDFC Bank's capital surges after bonus share allotment

HDFC Bank Limited today, August 28, 2025, allotted 7,67,70,39,761 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Re. 1/- each. This allotment was made in a 1:1 proportion, meaning one new fully paid-up equity share for every one existing fully paid-up equity share, to members on the Register of Members or Beneficial Owners as of the August 27, 2025, Record Date.

This action follows previous intimations on July 19, August 1, August 13, and August 21, 2025. Consequently, HDFC Bank's paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 15,35,40,79,522, divided into 15,35,40,79,522 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
