Gland Pharma reappoints Essaji Goolam Vahanvati as independent director

Shareholders of Gland Pharma Limited, during their 47th annual general meeting on August 28, 2025, approved the reappointment of Essaji Goolam Vahanvati as an independent director. This second term, spanning five years, will commence on September 30, 2025, and includes the payment of commission on profits as remuneration, approved via a special resolution.

Vahanvati, a legal practitioner specializing in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court, holds a bachelor's degree in law from Government Law College, Mumbai. He was initially appointed to Gland Pharma's board on September 30, 2020.

This reappointment complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024. Gland Pharma confirmed that Vahanvati is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority.
