Gland Pharma appoints RVR & Associates as secretarial auditors

Gland Pharma Limited announced on August 28, 2025, the appointment of M/s. RVR & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as its secretarial auditors. This decision was formally approved by shareholders at the company's 47th annual general meeting held on the same day. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 47th AGM and extending until the conclusion of the 52nd annual general meeting.

M/s. RVR & Associates is a peer reviewed firm. Key members include R. Venkata Ramana, a founding partner with over 20 years of experience in compliance management, secretarial audit, and due diligence, specializing in areas such as corporate restructuring and FEMA compliance. D. Soumya and Venkatesh Puranik, both associate partners, also bring extensive experience in corporate due diligence, secretarial audits for both listed and unlisted entities, and compliance under LODR and other corporate laws.

This appointment aligns with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was initially intimated on May 20, 2025, after approval by the board of directors. The company clarified that there are no relationships between the newly appointed auditors and Gland Pharma's directors.
