CSL Finance sets AGM and final dividend record date

CSL Finance Limited will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, September 20, 2025, via video conferencing/other audio-visual means. The company's register of members and share transfer book will be closed from Sunday, September 14, 2025, to Saturday, September 20, 2025, for the AGM and final dividend payment.

The record date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend, if declared, has been set for September 13, 2025. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share of ₹10 each (30%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, this dividend will be payable within 30 days from the declaration date, on or before October 20, 2025.

Shareholders are advised to ensure their KYC details, including PAN, bank account information, and nomination, are updated with their depository participants or the company's registrar and transfer agent by September 13, 2025, to facilitate dividend payments and e-voting.
