Cropster Agro announces director appointments, one resignation

Cropster Agro Limited (formerly Planters Polysacks Limited) announced changes to its board of directors following a meeting on August 28, 2025. Mahavirsinh Pravinsinh Zala and Aashish Kumar Hemraj Maury have been appointed as additional non-executive independent directors, effective the same day. Mr. Zala brings over seven years of experience in marketing and brand strategy, while Mr. Maury has five years of expertise in accounting and financial management.

Concurrently, Ish Sadana has resigned from his position as an additional non-executive independent director due to personal reasons, also effective August 28, 2025. Mr. Sadana served as an independent director for Esquire Money Guarantees Limited and Plaza Wires Limited, where he was also a member of the IPO Committee. His resignation letter confirmed no other material reasons beyond those stated.
