The first event, the Motilal Oswal 21st Annual Global Investor Conference, is slated for Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 11:00 to 17:00 hrs. IST. This event will feature hourly meetings at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. Attendance will be physical, and no presentation is intended.

The second meeting, the Elara India Dialogue 2025, is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. IST, also with hourly meetings. This conference will be held at Trident BKC Mumbai and will also be a physical event with various participants, and no presentation will be made. Ashok Leyland noted that any delay in these schedules is due to pending confirmation from the investors.
