Ahluwalia Contracts appoints new auditors, sets AGM details

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited held a board of directors meeting on August 28, 2025, where several key decisions were made. M/s SCV & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the statutory auditors for a five-year term, from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30, succeeding M/s. Amod Agrawal & Associates. Additionally, M/s N M & Co., Cost Accountants, were appointed as cost auditors for the financial year 2025-26, and Mr. Santosh Kumar Pradhan, practicing company secretary, was appointed as secretarial auditor for five consecutive years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30).

The board also approved the directors' report, including all annexures, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. via virtual/video conferencing. The record date for dividend payment and the AGM has been set for September 22, 2025.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Monday, September 29, 2025, both days inclusive.
