Uno Minda announces senior management reshuffle

Uno Minda Limited announced changes to its senior management personnel (SMP), effective August 2025. Mr. Kulithalai Srinivasan Ramesh stepped down as chief executive officer (CEO) – ACS Domain, effective August 30, 2025, and Mr. Rakesh Mehta resigned as group chief human resource officer (CHRO), effective August 27, 2025. Both departures were on their own accord.

The company has approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kulkarni as the new CEO – ACS Domain, effective September 1, 2025. Mr. Kulkarni brings over 20 years of experience in the global auto component industry, with previous roles at Harman International, Visteon, Sundaram Auto Components Ltd., and Gabriel India Limited. He holds a BE in mechanical engineering from Karnatak University.

Additionally, Ms. Garima Garg has been appointed as the new group CHRO, effective August 27, 2025. Ms. Garg has over two decades of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, consulting, and banking sectors, having previously served as CHRO at ReNew Manufacturing and held key roles at ReNew Power, Deloitte, Hay Group, PwC, GE Capital, and HSBC. She holds a PGDHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a graduate certificate in HR from Cornell University.
