Ujaas Energy files sustainability report, details operations and employee welfare

Ujaas Energy Limited has submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the financial year 2024-25, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. The report outlines the company’s operations, employee demographics, and sustainability performance.

The company's primary activities include the manufacturing of electronic two-wheeler vehicles, contributing 26.52% of its turnover, and the operation and maintenance of solar plants, accounting for 73.48% of its turnover for FY 2024-25. Total turnover for the financial year 2024-25 was INR 3435.52 lakhs, with a net worth of INR 8548.6 lakhs.

As of the end of FY 2024-25, Ujaas Energy reported 62 permanent employees, with 98.38% being male and 1.61% female. The company also employed 18 permanent workers, all male.
