Sangam (India) announces final dividend, AGM details, and re-appointments

Sangam (India) Limited has set September 12, 2025, as the record date for shareholders to receive a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. If approved at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), this dividend is slated for payment within 30 days of the AGM. The company's total dividend for FY 2024-25 is ₹1,005 Lakhs.

The 39th AGM will convene on September 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Vinod Kumar Sodani as a director and Sudhir Maheshwari as an independent director for a second five-year term, from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030. The meeting will also include the ratification of the cost auditors' remuneration for FY 2025-26 at ₹1,10,000 plus applicable GST.

The annual report for FY 2024-25, including the AGM notice, will be distributed electronically to members by August 22, 2025, and will also be available on the company's website. For FY 2024-25, Sangam (India) recorded a standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,843.01 Crore and a profit after tax of ₹27.47 Crore.
