Samvardhana Motherson International establishes new manufacturing subsidiary

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) incorporated Motherson Manufacturing Services Limited (MMSL) on August 26, 2025. This new entity will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAMIL, established under the Companies Act, 2013, with an initial paid-up equity share capital of INR 5,00,000/-.

MMSL is set to engage in the business of providing manufacturing, trading, and related services across various industries. As a newly incorporated entity, its turnover is not yet applicable. The certificate of incorporation was issued on August 27, 2025.

This strategic move aligns with SAMIL's expansion plans, establishing a dedicated arm for manufacturing and services.
