Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for specific individuals, effective immediately from Wednesday, August 27, 2025, until Sunday, August 31, 2025. This 48-hour closure follows the conclusion of the company's board meeting, scheduled for Friday, August 29, 2025.

The restriction applies to all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their connected persons. This measure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s adopted Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading.
