S H Kelkar receives independent Crisil ESG rating

S H Kelkar and Company Limited received a 'Crisil ESG 49' rating from Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI registered Category-1 ESG Ratings Provider. This rating was communicated via an email dated August 26, 2025, and received by the company at 10:52 p.m.

The company explicitly stated that it did not engage Crisil for this ESG rating. Instead, Crisil independently assigned the rating based on public domain disclosures and other data pertaining to the financial year 2024-25.
