Parsvnath Developers to announce financial results, consider dividend

Parsvnath Developers Limited announced its board of directors will convene to consider and approve the audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25. Initially scheduled for Monday, September 1, 2025, the meeting has been preponed to Sunday, August 31, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on April 1, 2025. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
