Lemon Tree Hotels expands Maharashtra presence with new Pench resort

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has signed a license agreement for the Lemon Tree Resort, Pench, Maharashtra. This new property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTHL. The resort will feature 60 well-appointed rooms and offer amenities including a restaurant, banquet facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and other recreational options. The location is approximately 85 km from Nagpur Airport and 62 km from Nagpur Railway Station, ensuring good connectivity.

Pench National Park, renowned for its wildlife and as the backdrop for 'The Jungle Book,' is a significant draw for the property. Vilas Pawar, chief executive officer – managed & franchise business, highlighted that this signing will further enhance Lemon Tree Hotels' wildlife portfolio, which currently includes five existing properties. The new resort also expands the company's footprint in Maharashtra, where it already operates 14 hotels and has 10 more upcoming projects.
