Kajaria Ceramics schedules 39th AGM, proposes final dividend

Kajaria Ceramics Limited will hold its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (IST). The virtual meeting will be conducted via video conferencing or other audio visual means, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations.

The board of directors, at a meeting on May 6, 2025, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share, each with a face value of Re. 1. The company has set Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of members for this dividend.

If declared at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to eligible members whose names appear on the record date. A notice for the 39th AGM, along with the annual report for the financial year 2024-25, will be circulated to members in due course.
