HTL Limited secures Indian Army contract for fiber optic solutions

HTL Limited, a material subsidiary of HFCL Limited, has secured a contract valued at approximately INR 101.82 crore from the Indian Army. The contract, awarded for the supply of Tactical Optical Fiber Cable and related accessories, is expected to be executed by August 2026. This domestic order involves the provision of indigenously manufactured solutions designed for demanding battlefield conditions.

The Tactical Optical Fiber Cables are engineered to withstand heavy armored vehicles and feature military-grade connectors for extreme environments. These solutions are lightweight, highly portable, and facilitate rapid deployment of communication links for mission-critical operations, ensuring seamless mobility for infantry personnel.

The contract is a domestic transaction, received in the normal course of business, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from promoters or group companies. The total consideration includes applicable taxes.
