Hinduja Global Solutions announces 30th AGM details, e-voting procedures

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 are being sent electronically to registered members and are available on the company's website, as well as on the websites of the BSE and NSE.

The company confirmed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to Wednesday, September 24, 2025, inclusive, for the purpose of the 30th AGM. A remote e-voting facility will be provided to all members, along with e-voting during the AGM via the NSDL platform.

In compliance with a SEBI circular, a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares is open for six months until January 6, 2026. This window is specifically for transfer deeds lodged prior to April 1, 2019, that were rejected or returned. Securities re-lodged during this period will be issued only in demat mode.
