H.G. Infra Engineering's subsidiary secures financial close for Gujarat highway

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, H.G. Narol Sarkhej Highway Private Limited, has received confirmation of financial close for an infrastructure project. The letter, dated August 19, 2025, was issued by the National Highway, R&B Department, Ahmedabad, and noted on August 27, 2025. This fulfills requirements under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The project involves the up-gradation of an existing 6-lane road, including an elevated corridor, from Narol Junction to Sarkhej Junction on NH 47 in Gujarat, under a Hybrid Annuity Mode. The total HGINFRA project cost is INR 781.11 crore.

The construction period for this 10.630 KM road is estimated at 30 months, with the financial close date confirmed as April 18, 2025. This development marks a crucial step forward for HGINFRA’s involvement in the region's infrastructure development.
