GRM Overseas appoints new auditor, sets AGM for September 29

GRM Overseas Limited, in its board meeting held on August 27, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s Devesh Arora & Associates as its secretarial auditor for a five-year term, covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. This appointment is contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). M/s Devesh Arora & Associates, a peer reviewed firm of company secretaries based in Delhi-NCR, specializes in corporate secretarial matters, listing compliances, and regulatory approvals.

The board also approved the director's report and annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025, to be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The notice of the 31st AGM and the annual report for 2024-25 will be distributed electronically to registered shareholders.

In preparation for the AGM, the registrar and share transfer books of the company will be closed from September 23, 2025, to September 29, 2025, inclusive of both days.
