Engineers India announces senior management restructuring

Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced changes to its senior management team, effective August 27, 2025. The changes include seven key appointments to executive director roles, covering various critical functions within the company.

The newly appointed executive directors are Sanjay Kumar Singh for projects, Anil Kumar and Manish Shandilya for technical, Gopa Swain for HR, Naveen Parashar for C&MD directorate, Neeraj Mathur for commercial, and Rajiv Ranjan for CEIL deputation. These appointments reflect a strategic restructuring of leadership across core operational areas.

Rajiv Ranjan, as executive director (on CEIL deputation), will continue overseeing responsibilities as CEO of Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL). Under his leadership since March 2023, CEIL has achieved its highest-ever order book of approximately INR 150 Cr and a turnover of INR 62 Cr, with a PBT of INR 27 Cr. His tenure has seen significant streamlining of business development, marketing, and purchase functions, alongside enhanced digitisation and an expanded business outreach.
