Engineers India announces senior management promotions

Engineers India Limited, a Navratna Company, disclosed a series of senior management changes approved by its competent authority on August 26, 2025. Seven key personnel have been promoted to executive director roles, with effective dates spanning from July 1, 2025, to September 1, 2025.

Sanjay Kumar Singh (projects), Anil Kumar (technical), Gopa Swain (HR), Manish Shandilya (technical), and Naveen Parashar (C&MD directorate) were all promoted to executive director positions, effective July 1, 2025. Neeraj Mathur (commercial) will assume his executive director role on August 1, 2025.

Additionally, Rajiv Ranjan, currently an executive director on CEIL Deputation, will see his promotion to executive director take effect on September 1, 2025. These changes are in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
