TeamLease reports strong growth, strategic acquisitions ahead of 25th AGM

TeamLease Services Limited will hold its 25th Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2025, to review a year of robust growth and strategic initiatives. For fiscal year 2024-25, the company reported a consolidated revenue of INR 11,155.87 crores and a net profit of INR 110.47 crores. Key acquisitions included a 90% stake in TSR Darashaw HR, an 80% stake in Ikigai Enablers (now TeamLease Digital Singapore PTE), and a 30% stake in Crystal HR, totaling investments of approximately INR 36 crores.

The AGM agenda includes re-appointing Mr. Ashok Reddy as managing director and approving remuneration for Mr. Manish Sabharwal as whole time director and executive vice chairman. Changes to the Articles of Association will also be considered, including updating the par value of equity shares to INR 10/-. These changes reflect a focus on operational excellence, digital transformation, and expanding its workforce solutions across various high-growth sectors, strengthening its global footprint.
