Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem sets key dates for AGM and dividend

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited has announced its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close from Saturday, September 13, 2025, to Friday, September 26, 2025, inclusive. This closure precedes the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) via video conference or other audio-visual means.

The company has set Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date for determining eligible equity shareholders for the final dividend for Financial Year 2024-25. Any dividend approved at the AGM will be paid on or after Friday, October 3, 2025, and within 30 days from the AGM date.

Furthermore, Friday, September 19, 2025, is the cut-off date for shareholders to exercise their e-voting rights on resolutions presented at the 29th AGM.
