Shanti Educational Initiatives to hold 37th annual general meeting

Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited will convene its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. IST, via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders will vote on adopting the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointing Mr. Darshan Vayeda as a director.

Additionally, the AGM will consider the appointment of M/s. K Jatin & Co. as secretarial auditors for five consecutive financial years, from 2025-26 to 2029-30, with an annual fee of INR 1.00 lakhs. Shareholders will also vote on approving material related-party transactions with M/s. Vijay Subham Contrade Private Limited and M/s. Kautilya Traders Private Limited, with estimated transaction values up to ₹20.00 crores and ₹15.00 crores respectively, representing 34% and 25% of the company's annual consolidated turnover for FY2024-25. Another resolution concerns transactions with Chiripal Charitable Trust, valued up to ₹15.00 crores. Remote e-voting will be available from September 15, 2025, to September 18, 2025.
