Newgen Software wins significant digitization project for state court

Newgen Software Technologies Limited has secured a significant domestic purchase order valued at Rs. 73.12 crore for a scanning and digitization project. The project involves the turnkey scanning and digitization of pending and disposed judicial and administrative records and files for a state's court.

The project is expected to be executed within a timeframe of two years. Newgen Software Technologies confirmed this transaction does not fall under the definition of a related party transaction as per the Companies Act, 2013. There is also no interest from the promoter, promoter group, or group companies in the entity that awarded the order.

The announcement was made on August 26, 2025. The company noted that this disclosure adheres to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as well as recent circulars from BSE and NSE regarding material event disclosures.
