Mahindra Logistics appoints Isha Dalal as new CFO, Saurabh Taneja resigns

Mahindra Logistics Limited announced a change in its key managerial personnel, with Saurabh Taneja resigning as chief financial officer and senior managerial personnel, effective September 19, 2025. His departure is to pursue a career opportunity outside the company. The board of directors accepted his resignation at a meeting held on August 26, 2025.

Concurrently, Isha Dalal has been appointed as the new chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, as well as senior managerial personnel, effective September 22, 2025. Dalal, currently SVP and head of group FP&A at the Mahindra Group, brings over 15 years of diverse experience in finance, including media, investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Dalal will also be authorized to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The board meeting commenced at 9:22 p.m. IST and concluded at 9:30 p.m. IST on August 26, 2025.
