ICICI Prudential allots shares under employee incentive schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited announced on August 26, 2025, that it has allotted a total of 33,756 equity shares to its employees. This allotment includes 26,580 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹ 10, under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005).

In addition, the company allotted 7,176 equity shares, also with a face value of ₹ 10 each, through the Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023).

This move reflects ICICI Prudential's ongoing commitment to its employee incentive programs, aiming to align employee interests with shareholder value. The announcement was formally communicated by priya nair, company secretary, and shared with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
