Force Motors to hold 66th AGM, announces strong financials and digital push

Force Motors Limited (FML) announced its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (IST) via video conference. The meeting will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a dividend of ₹40 per equity share.

The company reported a significant financial year 2024-25, with standalone revenue from operations and other income reaching ₹8,12,779 lacs, and profit after tax increasing to ₹79,997 lacs. Consolidated figures also showed robust performance, with revenue at ₹8,12,829 lacs and profit after tax at ₹80,086 lacs.

FML's strategic focus for 2024-25 included a ₹150 crore digital transformation initiative, Project DigiForce, to enhance customer-facing and core operations. This involved adopting AI/ML-powered, cloud-based SaaS platforms and expanding digital capabilities. FML also made progress in sustainability, achieving a 22% reduction in GHG emissions intensity, 13.47% renewable electrical energy usage, and 97% waste diversion from landfill.

Key resolutions at the AGM will include the re-appointment of Prashant V. Inamdar as executive director, ratification of remuneration for cost accountants, and approval of commission for non-executive independent directors.
