BLS International secures major Aadhaar service contract

BLS International Services Ltd. announced on August 26, 2025, that it has received a significant work order from the Unique Identification Authority of India, New Delhi. The contract, awarded on August 25, 2025, appoints BLS International as the "Service Provider for Establishing and Running District Level Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK)" across India.

This project, valued at approximately INR 2055.35 Crores (inclusive of all duties and taxes), involves providing appointment and walk-in based Aadhaar Enrolment, Update, and other miscellaneous Aadhaar Services. The agreement is for a duration of six years, positioning BLS International as a key player in public service delivery for Aadhaar services.

The company confirmed that the order does not involve any promoter or related party interest, ensuring an arm's length arrangement.
