Adani Green Energy shareholders approve key related party transaction

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) successfully conducted an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on August 26, 2025, where shareholders approved a material related party transaction for the fiscal year 2025-26. The approval was granted via an ordinary resolution. The EGM, convened at 11:00 a.m. through video conferencing and other audio-video means, concluded swiftly at 11:05 a.m.

Shareholders participated in the voting process through a remote e-voting facility, available from August 22, 2025, to August 25, 2025. An e-voting facility was also provided to shareholders present at the EGM who had not cast their votes earlier. The total number of shareholders on record as of the cut-off date, August 19, 2025, was 1,006,521.

The meeting saw 51 shareholders in attendance via video conferencing, comprising 6 from the promoters and promoter group and 45 from the public.
