Swan Energy rebrands as Swan Corp, pivots to high-growth sectors

Swan Energy Limited has rebranded as Swan Corp Limited, signaling a strategic shift into high-growth sectors including manufacturing, defense, energy, and real estate.

The century-old company now operates across oil & gas, commercial and defense shipbuilding, heavy engineering, offshore fabrication, and real estate development.

Managing director Nikhil Merchant said the rebrand marks a "bold phase" reflecting the company's commitment to innovation and supporting India's economic growth.
