STEL Holdings reports 19% profit jump to ₹1,588 lakhs

STEL Holdings Limited reported net profit after tax of ₹1,587.77 lakhs for fiscal year 2024-25, up from ₹1,328.25 lakhs in the previous year. Total income rose to ₹2,190.74 lakhs from ₹1,846.41 lakhs.

The company will hold its annual general meeting on September 19, 2025, where shareholders will vote on reappointing Abraham Ittyipe as whole-time director for another five-year term.
