Kerala Ayurveda shareholders reject director, approve others

Kerala Ayurveda Limited shareholders rejected the continuation of Anand Subramanian as non-executive, non-independent director in postal ballot results announced August 25.

However, shareholders approved Ramesh Vangal's continuation as non-executive, non-independent director and chairman, and appointed Saif Khan as non-executive, independent director.

The company also secured approval for increased borrowing limits and material related party transactions with Katra Holding Private Limited and Katra Phytochem (India) Private Limited.
