Godrej Properties sells INR 1,000 crore homes at Hyderabad launch

Godrej Properties Limited announced sales exceeding INR 1,000 crore at the launch of its Godrej Regal Pavilion project in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. The developer sold over 683 homes, totaling approximately 1.20 million square feet.

This represents the company's second successful Hyderabad launch in 2025, with both exceeding the INR 1,000 crore sales milestone. The project has an estimated revenue potential of approximately INR 3,600 crore.
