Mrs Bectors Food reports 15% revenue growth, proposes share split

Mrs Bectors Food Specialities reported a 15.4% increase in standalone revenue to INR 17,419.05 million and a 2.05% increase in consolidated net profit to INR 1,432.33 million for FY2024-25.

Shareholders will vote on a five-for-one equity share split on September 19, 2025, reducing the nominal value from INR 10 to INR 2 per share to enhance liquidity and retail investor participation.

The company will pay a final dividend of INR 3.00 per equity share, adding to an interim dividend of INR 3.00.
