Kamdhenu forfeits ₹132m as warrants lapse

Kamdhenu Limited forfeited ₹13,21,27,900 after 2.75 million warrants lapsed when holders failed to exercise conversion options by the August 22, 2025 deadline.

The warrants were allotted on February 22, 2024, on a preferential basis. The forfeited amount represents the 25% upfront payment received at allotment.

Major holders with lapsed warrants included Minerva Ventures Fund with 697,200 warrants, NAV Capital VCC with 500,000, Arrow Emerging Opportunities Fund with 200,000, and Ariston Capital with 100,000.
